Most people know that I'm slightly obsessed with rainbows! So of course I adore this Rainbow Drink...
Just make up some coloured ice cubes (water and a wee bit of food colouring), pop them into glasses and pour over any clear drink... water, lemonade etc.
Great for birthday parties!
